90 Day ride and return policy
We are extremely confident in our product performance that we offer a 90 day ride and return option. During this period, should you wish to either return the wheels for a refund or swap for another product please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please note, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been damaged within this period. If you have crashed and damaged your wheels, please see our crash replacement scheme further down this page.
Our wheelsets all come with a full 2-year warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects. Wear and tear is not covered.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order prior to the items being dispatched, please contact us via email@example.com. Should your wheels of already been dispatched you will be liable for any postage and packaging costs along with the return’s postage. We will always make every effort to cancel orders swiftly and avoid costs where possible.
To ensure the fastest possible returns and refund, having agreed a return with us, please ensure your items are returned by registered post within 14days. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds may take up to 14days, but we will always process them as quickly as possible.
Please do not return items to us without contact us first.
All our wheels are hand built and double check for quality prior to shipping. Each wheelset is packaged carefully into custom designed packaging that ensures our wheels arrive with you in perfect condition. In the extremely unlikely event that our wheels arrive faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit please contact us urgently at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone. We will arrange for them to be returned and once the reported issues are verified, we will issue a full refund or ship a replacement wheelset to you as quickly as possible.
Goods Suspected Faulty During riding
Should you suspect a manufacturing fault with your wheelset within 2 years of the delivery date please contact us via email@example.com with details of the suspected fault. Once we receive the wheelset back, they will be inspected and if found to be faulty a refund or replacement will be made.
Please note, we do not accept responsibility for normal wear and tear or rider damage.
Crash Replacement Discount
At VeloElite Wheels we are all bike riders and we understand that crashes can happen. We also know the horrible sinking feeling you get when you realise you have damaged your pride and joy in a crash. If you damaged your VeloElite Wheels in a crash, we will happily help with a discounted replacement set. We may ask for proof of the damage and/or return of the damaged wheels. Please note we do cover cost of postage for returning your wheels.
